Jack Osbourne has reportedly sold his Los Angeles apartment for a cool $1.12 million.

The Dancing With The Stars contestant made a $160,000 profit on the two-bedroom condo after reportedly paying $960,000 for it back in 2008, TMZ reports.

Its quick sale and high pricetag are not surprising, what with its panoramic view of Hollywood and legendary landmarks, as well as a rooftop pool to sweeten the deal.

Jack, 28, his wife Lisa and daughter Pearl currently live in a $2.8 million home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

Osbourne bought the house two years ago, before he'd walked down the aisle or welcomed his baby into the world, and it features four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms along with a modern style nursery room.

The Spanish-style home comes with 8,600 square feet of land, and was renovated by the previous owner - Emmy-winning director/producer House M.D., Heroes and CSI: Miami, Greg Yaitaines.

A semi-detached street-facing two-car garage and guest house was added, as well as a piazza-like multi-level interior courtyard with a swimming pool and sun terrace.

Jack's neighbours include Katherine Heigl, Rachel Bilson, Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt, Liv Tyler, and Gerard Butler.

While, the 28-year-old star former Adrenaline Junkie host managed to sell his LA condo after only a short while, his parents aren't having as much luck with Hidden Hills mansion.

The $13 million Los Angeles home is now being rented out for $50,000-a-month after failing to get an offer, having spent over a year on the property market.

Sharon and Ozzy bought the house for $12.4 million - which features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms - five years ago, however, they did have more luck selling their Malibu beach house this year, for $7.9 million.

MailOnline have contacted Osbourne's representatives who have declined to comment.
